PresidentGary graduated form Virginia Tech in 2010 . After graduation Gary went to work for Blakeway Corporation, a small engineering firm based in Virginia Beach. Gary became a professional engineer in 2014, and is currently a licensed professional in VA, MD, TN, NC, SC, GA, and FL. Gary worked for Blakeway Corporation until it was sold in 2021 at which time he left to start DSG.

Vice President
Elmer Tolle started his career in engineering with URS Corporation (now AECOM) from 1997 to 2005 serving as a project engineer on various projects for the federal, state, and municipal sectors. In 2005, Elmer co-founded Blakeway Corporation, serving as the Vice President of Blakeway Corporation and remained a large part of the company’s 16 year success until it was sold in 2021. Following the sale of the Blakeway, Elmer helped co-found DSG in 2022. Elmer’s area of expertise include commercial, industrial, municipal, and residential development. Some key projects consists of Pentagon Segment II & III, Norview Community Center Splash Pad, Powhatan High School Stadium, Virginia Beach’s Park & Recreation Administration Building, Bridgeport Town Center, and Tabet Manufacturing. Elmer has successfully managed and designed multiple annual services contract projects for the City of Virginia Beach, Norfolk, and Chesapeake. Elmer is a FEMA Certified Floodplain Manager (#10-05544) and a North Carolina Certified BMP Inspector (#1399).
